The Guardian Talks

four23 are collaborating with Virgin Money and The Guardian to curate a series of talks aimed to inspire new ways of thinking about everyday life.

The series will open with ‘The Travel and Adventures of New World Nomads’, a discussion on imaginative approaches to travel in the modern world. Welcoming Polar explorer Kari Herbert and Julie Falconer, founder of travel blog A Lady In London, the talk will reveal how they turned their wanderlust into a career.

The second, entitled ‘Ethical Entrepreneurship’ invites Anisah Osman Britton of 23 Code Street and Luminary Bakery founder Alice Boyle to discuss balancing social responsibility with commerce. The talk will cover everything from diversity to cultural collaboration, and a more human-centric approach to business.
