Médecins Sans Frontières is an international aid organisation operating in war-torn regions and developing countries facing endemic diseases. Formed by French doctors after the Nigerian civil war of 1967-70, M.S.F. is now one of the largest humanitarian organisations in the world, helping thousands of people across the globe.

four23 were commissioned by M.S.F. to create a short film to highlight the charity’s work, and encourage people to support them with a small monthly donation. Featuring British Summertime Festival headliner Damon Albarn, the film premiered at the festival on giant screens either side of the main stage and was viewed by 65,000 people each night over three days.
